Description:
Mechcon was engaged to Design Fabricate Galvanise and Install over 5 Tonnes of custom Architectural Handrails and Balustrades including the Facade Entrance Canopy for luxury apartments in Glenn Iris.
The metal work ended up being some of the heaviest designed Balustrades in Australia with some Balustrades coming in at more than 300kg to cover one side of a concrete stair.
Four months of custom fabrication and design work would end up seeing some of the most unique and high end Balustrades that has ever been done in Melbourne.
In Total x55 separate Apartments with varying Courtyards, Balcony’s, Access Stairs and Facade Entrance Canopy.
