Advise Council on all specific DDA requirements prior to starting any works.

  • Removal and disposal of existing non-compliant Handrails
  • Floor Mounted DDA Compliant Stainless-Steel continuous Handrails throughout x2 Staircases inside Civic Centre Building Fully Welded and Polished high-end Architectural quality  (No modular allowed).
  • Wall Mounted DDA Compliant Custom Curved Stainless-Steel Handrails x2 Internal Ramps 33 Lineal Meters carefully rolled and polished 50mm S/Steel Tube
  • Wall Mounted DDA Compliant Stainless-Steel Handrails
  • Anti Slip Nosing to Stairs on Ground Level
  • Stainless Grit Tac Screw TGSI’s throughout all sections of Ground and first floor locations
  • Provide Council with documentation on DDA Compliance
